I am going on a trip to Zambia in Novemer. I am going to a place ccalled Chabbobboma. I am so excited and i need some advice on what to do for fund raising. Me and my mom are going and we both need $3,000 each.

Due to, uhh.. getting married.. this goal has been downgraded from 50 quilts to 30. I guess some life events end up changing your priorities… in a good way!

Connor,

You are certainly having a life changing experience.

How hard to imagine such a place, to contemplate the plight of hundreds of orphans in one place and mingle with them, to see their eyes, consider and feel to weep for the pain certainly that they’ve experienced, and the challenges that face them ahead.

I’m sure you’re return home will prove most interesting, we’ll all look so fat and pathetic I’m sure by contrast.

I hope you’re taking some video, and photographs. I think Victoria Falls would prove most interesting.

Yeah I’ve been there and I to got soaked. But its amazing! Did you go to the little market in the city of Victoria Falls? (behind the normal stores)

I LOVE this story. How rewarding is that? Tender mercy of the Lord is what that is. Allowing you to be able to see some of the miraculous fruits of your labors. Awesome. Simply awesome.

Wow! that is so neat. That is a great reward for all the hard work you have done.

I am curious if Parker’s easels have shown up yet, or if any of the quilts that Brennan put together have shown up there? I’m sure they will eventually.

Can’t wait to see your photos and hear your stories.
